If the picture is imported or place directly onto a layout page, the clipping path should hide the white background. Some understanding of close cropping items is needed. Because of the white background, object photos will have much smaller file size when compressed and will download faster.Some of the photographs of objects have been reproduced as Photo-Drawings. For those pictures that lend themselves to this process, photo-drawings make good alternatives to the original picture and can give your publication a lighter, artsy feel.

Royalty Free All royalty free pictures on this site are in a digital format, and the available resolutions and prices for each image can be found by clicking on the related light box feature. Purchases can also be made from the light box feature by adding your choice to the shopping cart. Once payment has been authorized, we will then dispatch your picture(s) either electronically by uploading the picture to our server, where, it can easily be accessed or if preferred, by post on a CD-Rom .
Rights Managed pictures are licensed to the end user for a specific use and period of time. The use and exposure of the picture reflects the price of the usage license granted. Each light box associated with a rights managed picture has instuctions on how to get a price for your intended use. With a Rights Managed image, the history of the picture is recorded. This information is used to avoid conflicts that may arrise from the same image appearing in two competing situations at the same time in the same region or media. Rights manged imags offered the most control for customers. If you see a stock picture on this site that is Royalty Free and you whished it were Rights Managed, enqire anyway, if the picture has not yet been sold Royalty Free, then it can be changed to Rights Managed to suit your needs.
